In December Emma and three of the Hedge School Dublin students, Iziz, Helen and Louise took to the stage in the Science Gallery to talk about their experience of Hedge School Dublin, a two week learning and design camp.

During October Caoimhe and Emma worked with primary school students in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class in Clondalkin. The students got the opportunity to learn about design and to become designers by reimagining their learning environment.

Last week Emma and Caoimhe took their design thinking workshop on tour to TFE’s academic partner ESAD in Porto, Portugal. They worked for two days with eleven product design Masters students, tackling the challenge ‘Designing the ESAD experience’.

We’re excited to announce Hedge School Dublin, a learning and design camp for secondary school students from across Dublin. The design camp is a collaboration between TFE Research & Design, Radarstation, Bridge21 & Inventorium.
